1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Modern Boxing Sports Performance, LLC ("MBSP") website located at mbspgym.com and by visiting our facility at 3394 Tyler St, Riverside, CA 92503, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services & Trial Classes
MBSP offers boxing, sports performance training, personal training, and gym access. Complimentary trial sessions are offered at the discretion of MBSP and are subject to coach availability. Trial session passes are valid for 7 days from the date of issue. MBSP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any class, program, or trial offer at any time without prior notice.
3. Waiver of Liability
Participation in boxing, sports performance training, and related physical activities carries inherent risk of injury. All participants must sign a Waiver of Liability before participating in any class or training session. By signing the waiver, you acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participation and release MBSP, its owners, coaches, and staff from liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation.
4. Membership & Billing
Membership plans, personal training packages, and gym access are subject to separate agreements. Pricing is provided directly by our coaching staff. Membership fees, billing cycles, and cancellation policies are communicated at the time of enrollment. All sales are handled directly between MBSP and the member.
5. SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your phone number through our lead capture forms and checking the SMS consent box, you agree to receive text messages (SMS) from Modern Boxing Sports Performance regarding your inquiry, trial class, and schedule updates. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying "STOP" to any message. For help, reply "HELP". Your mobile carrier is not responsible for these messages.
6. Code of Conduct
All members and visitors are expected to conduct themselves with respect toward coaches, staff, and fellow members. MBSP reserves the right to refuse service or revoke membership for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or violates these Terms of Service.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and training materials, is the property of Modern Boxing Sports Performance, LLC and may not be reproduced or used without written permission.
8. No Affiliate or Lead Purchasing
MBSP does not engage in affiliate marketing, lead purchasing, or the buying or selling of consumer lead data. All contact information submitted through our website is collected directly from the individual for the sole purpose of scheduling sessions, managing memberships, and communicating about our services. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
9. Changes to These Terms
MBSP may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
